About me
Hello, I'm Ana Vaz
Pleasure & Power are my full-time endeavor
Certified trainer 💜 Therapist in training
Educating Beyond Norms
My Journey
For years, I tried to fit into conventional ideas of love and intimacy… until I realised they kept me from who I really was.
I unlearned, explored, and turned that curiosity into work.
Now, I help others do the same: reclaim pleasure, autonomy, and the right to express themselves without shame.

I am a certified trainer and a therapist in training creating learning and practice spaces where education, eroticism, and empowerment meet.
My work is informed by personal lived experience together with a synthesis of ongoing education, professional practice, and group facilitation, grounded in intervention ethics and activism:
-
Workshops on BDSM & Power Dynamics
-
Education on female squirting
-
Bespoke mentoring and consulting
I don’t teach formulas: I facilitate experiences and reflections that help you understand your body, your desire, and your boundaries.
My Vision
Pleasure and power aren’t opposites; they’re partners.
My work builds bridges: between body and mind, desire and consent, vulnerability and strength.
I want everyone I work with to leave feeling more confident, curious, and self-aware, whether in a relationship, a power dynamic, or a moment of pleasure alone.
Empowerment is my mission.
This is more than a statement; it’s the reason I set out to bridge the gap between what people are taught about love, connection, and power, and what they actually experience.
I want to do more than point out differences; I aim to create spaces for learning, self-reflection, and practical growth, helping individuals navigate relationships and sexuality consciously.
That’s why AnaVaz.Inspire was born: to provide guidance rooted in experience, empathy, and evidence: helping people create clarity, confidence, and meaningful connections.
What Guides me
I draw on years of experience in non-monogamous and non-normative sexuality communities, alongside my training as a teacher and trainer, to help people navigate these often tricky waters.
This is about more than advice: it’s about building self-awareness, confidence, and connection in a conscious and informed way.

Interviews & Media
In the past few years, I’ve been invited to share insights on non-normative relationship styles across various media outlets, contributing to interviews and articles that explore this topic.
