I learned a lot from Ana. She is a clear communicator with a lot of knowledge. I appreciate that she listens to where people are and doesn’t judge anyone in their journey. The practice  is very nuanced and complicated. It requires careful navigation of emotions vulnerability and shame. It asks all parties to splay our darkest side even when it’s hard. I am glad to have her support and guidance in this matter.
